Roger loathes being told what to do or how to do it. It’s a love hate relationship (On Roger’s part). Every morning, they run through today’s schedule, with times and pictures. Like from planning when to leave for a meeting to planning when to take a shower.
Brian needs help with planning everything. And if Brian really needs help, the aide will walk him through whatever he’s struggling with. If he gets too nervous, the aide will swoop in and tell him everything is alright, he can take as much time as he needs. The aide is there to act as reassurance and a consultant. He freezes, forgets or makes bad decisions. The aide has a relaxed approach to helping Brian and Brian thrives off of that. Brian likes to give them gifts too (which isn’t allowed!!!) and the aide’s heart breaks every time they have to decline a gift! Still, their buddies and work well with each other.
Even though Brian and his aide have interests that are polar opposites, they get along so well! Brian is always hugging his aide and giving them cuddles and the aide eats it up. Brian is just so damn sweet and his aide is even sweeter. Brian and his aide.are smitten (platonically) with each other.
